How Health Scoring Works

Vigil uses a Commitment Execution Model (CEM) with hard rules that cascade in priority order:

• Rule 1: If a commitment has an active blocker preventing the next executable step, status is Blocked
• Rule 2: If the target date has passed without completion, status is Off Track
• Rule 3: If a critical milestone is Off Track, the commitment inherits Off Track
• Supporting signals: Overdue task ratio, velocity trends, deadline volatility, stale days

Health is configurable per workspace. Manual override with expiry and audit trail is always available.
